Veracity Group invests in private equity for the sole interest of its clients. This means, at the heart of Veracity Group, our foundation is based on the disciplined pursuit of value investing for our clients. We believe that there are select asset classes that are undervalued, neglected or overlooked by the markets which will be of significant importance to the value investor. Veracity Group also follows the practice of value investing with an expectation of growth, with an understanding that an assets’ price at one set of rules today may or may not be relevant for the rules of tomorrow.

We are entrusted by our investors with acquiring businesses that make money. In order to assure our investors a margin of safety we must acquire these businesses at a discount to their long-term value. We believe that long-term value and sustainable returns are best derived from sustainable business practices. Businesses that deliver products that benefit the health and wellness of consumers, that provide opportunities for their employees, and operate in harmony with the health of the planet will outlast and out-perform businesses that don’t. We seek absolute returns for our investors, and we hold integrity, collaboration, and innovation as our core values – all of which are inherent drivers of success.

Veracity Group prefers to search for the right opportunity instead of creating illiquid and overvalued forays into the private equity market simply for the sake of being fully invested. We will hold liquid, short term assets and/or cash equivalents as needed to prevent losses as our overriding benchmark versus pursing impractical returns.
